By the handwriting we can guess that the person who wrote this is from Eastern Europe, as his/her handwriting is exactly like my Polish grandma Fella's handwriting, and of various doctors and pharmacists from the former Soviet Union. As the unique Israeli resh does not correspond to the East European language sounds, they did not 'hear' it, or couldn't find an equivalent to it in their language. Hence lisgor became lisgo.
