HOW do i book a private tour?
You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of participants and preferable dates and hours.
We are a family of seven. Could we join a public tour?
Unfortunately not. You can contact me and ask info about a private tour. Sometimes, a few families can join together to lower the cost, and I can assist with finding a partner family.
What is the maximum number of people on a given tour?
15 participants is the highest I can take.
We don't speak any hebrew. Is it a problem?
All tours are in English. Some new Hebrew words and letters will be taught, but I assume you speak some English only.
We are a mixed group, different ages, languages and interests. Should we still book?
Sure. I love those challanges and will do my best to cater to all palates. I had 2 year old toddlers and 93 year old ladies speaking only Arabic and Spanish, all had a great time.
Is the tour accessible to wheelchairs?
The Florentin Urban Culture Tour is accessible to wheelchairs, but not all tours-lessons are. Ask me on email and I promise to try and make it happen.
We noticed there are no public tours during our Tel Avivi stay. What do we do?
You can email me your Tel Aviv dates. Who knows, maybe there's a way to add a tour, no harm in checking.
Could you please recommend a restaurant?
How do I call you on the phone?
Where are the dates of the FLorentin Urban Culture Public tours?
Here, under Next Tours. If you click on the dates, a new window will open with the Facebook event. All details are written there. To confirm your booking, you need to sms/whatsapp Guy, mention the date you're interested in and how many you are. Pressing 'going' or 'interested' does not confirm participation.
Do you speak other languages?
I speak Hebrew, English, French, Italian, Arabic, Thai and Indonesian.
How do i listen to the podcast?
What do i need to bring with me to the tour?
100 shekel in cash, in the summer a hat, water, and walking shoes. In the winter an umbrella, and good shoes as we might walk in the rain.
Could I pay cash in dollars or euro? how about paypal?
Yes you can. You can bring Euro or Dollars cash to the tour, as well as a cheque from a foreign bank in most currencies. If you want to pay via PayPal, email me beforehand, and I'll send you a payment request.
We have a group of 30 people. Could we book a tour?
As I take up to 15 people only, we can either do it in two rounds, or with another guide parallel to me. Unfortunately I cannot take big groups as it disturbs residents and participants find it hard to hear me and follow the tour.
